If your size isn’t here now, it arrives within a few days and ships out within ten days (unless specifically written otherwise in the product title). If your order contains a preorder item plus in-stock items, the order will ship in it's entirety when the preorder becomes available. When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking. 1. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified. (IF in the event we are able to cancel an order prior to processing there will be a 10% cancellation fee. This covers costs that are nonrefundable to us).
2. Carrier delivery time frames are estimated and unfortunately we cannot guarantee.
3. We ship orders weekdays 9-4pm EST (excluding US holidays).
4. Orders can take 2-3 days to process before shipping.
