As a small business we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items once they leave our warehouse, and the carrier confirms acceptance of the package. However we will do everything in our power to help you navigate a claim with the carrier if a delivery issue occurs. Shipping costs are a significant part of your purchase, and we pay them directly to our carriers (USPS, and UPS) to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your order. Carriers must be held accountable for the successful delivery of your package.
