Defective Merchandise needs to be reported by text message within 3 days of receipt (239)203-3801.

 

 Simply Me Boutique is not responsible for lost packages. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Returns that appear worn, have traces of makeup, deodorant, or perfumes will be refused, or charged a 40% restocking fee.  All tags must be attached. No exception.

Ineligible returns: You will be invoiced for the return shipping cost. If not paid within 7 days, items/order will be donated to charity.  

SHOES must be shipped in a separate box. Any returns received with labels affixed directly to the box will be shipped back at customer's expense. 

EXCESSIVE RETURNS: are subject to refusal, or a 30% restocking fee. You will be notified by text, or email if we feel you have abused our Return Policy.

RETURNS WITH SEZZLE: Please send eligible returns back to the address above. When received we will process the return for a store credit. Sezzle will continue to deduct the scheduled payments from your account. 

EXCHANGES: We no longer have the ability to do exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for any items you want and sending back any return items to be processed for a store credit. 

CANCELLING AN ORDER: Unfortunately we incur processing fees on all transactions even if they are cancelled. Therefore we do not allow orders to be cancelled. If your order has not yet shipped and you need to make a change to sizing, address, etc please text so we can help 239-203-3801. In the event we are able to cancel your order there will be a 10% cancellation fee. This is non-negotiable.
