RETURNS

• Returns must be received within 10 days of delivery. 

• Unworn merchandise may be returned for a STORE CREDIT. Items that do not match the criteria above, or contain makeup, deodorant, perfumes, are subject to denial, OR a 20-40% restocking fee. 

• Any item ending in .99 is considered FINAL SALE, and is not eligible for return. (You are welcome to list these items for sale in our Facebook b/s/t group. Click here to join). 

• If you used a discount or promo code of 25%, or higher, your order is FINAL SALE. (You are welcome to list these items for sale in our Facebook b/s/t group. Click here to join). 

• ALL Accessories, Bralettes, Belts, Scarves, Jewelry, and Leggings are FINAL SALE, and not eligible for return.

IF WE RECEIVE YOUR INELIGIBLE RETURN, you will be invoiced for the return shipping cost. If not paid within 7 days, items/order will be donated to charity. 

Shoes must be shipped in a separate box or mailer. Do not attach labels directly to product box. Any returns received with labels affixed directly to the box will be shipped back at customer's expense. 

REFUSED/RETURNED PACKAGES will be responsible for original shipping costs.  The original shipping cost will be deducted from store credit.

Returns can take up to 5-10 business days to process.  (When inquiring about a return by text, please provide us with your tracking number for better service.)

Once processed, you will receive an e-gift card to use on your next purchase. 

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance when sending items back to Simply Me Boutique. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

 

EXCESSIVE RETURNS are subject to refusal, a deduction of original shipping charges, or restock fee.

 

RETURNS WITH SEZZLE: 

If you need to make a return and used Sezzle as your payment method:

Please send all eligible returns back to the address above. When received, we will process the return for a full store credit as usual. Sezzle will continue to deduct the scheduled payments from your account. 

 

EXCHANGES

We no longer have the ability to do exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for any items you want and sending back any return items to be processed for a boutique credit. 

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed. Please refer to the instructions above to return the item.
