Returns must be received by us within 10 days of delivery. 

Does the item end in .99? If so, that item is FINAL SALE.

Did you use a 25% or higher coupon? If so, your items are FINAL SALE.

Defective Merchandise needs to be reported by text message within 3 days of receipt 239-203-3801.

Returns can take up to 5-10 business days to process.

We do not provide return labels. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Once processed, you will receive an e-card to use on your next purchase. Store credits do not expire. 

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance when sending items back. We are not responsible for lost packages. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Returns that appear worn, have traces of makeup, deodorant, or perfumes will be refused, or charged a 40% restocking fee.  All tags must be attached. No exception.

Ineligible returns: You will be invoiced for the return shipping cost. If not paid within 7 days, items/order will be donated to charity.  

SHOES  must be shipped in a separate box. Any returns received with labels affixed directly to the box will be shipped back at customer's expense. 

SUNGLASSES must be returned in a box (not a plastic mailer bag) with all original packaging with no makeup, or signs of wear. 


EXCESSIVE RETURNS are subject to refusal, or a 30% restocking fee. You will be notified by text, or email if we feel you have abused our Return Policy.



Please send eligible returns back to the address above. When received we will process the return for a store credit. Sezzle will continue to deduct the scheduled payments from your account. 



We no longer have the ability to do exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for any items you want and sending back any return items to be processed for a store credit. 



We are unable to cancel orders, or make changes to orders once they are in process. Please refer to our Return Policy to return those items.
