Shipping Carriers are experiencing delays. We are doing everything we can to get your orders out quickly but once we hand it over to the carrier delivery is beyond our control.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to purchase the ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE option at checkout to make sure your orders are 100% covered in the event they go missing.

We are unable to cancel orders, or make changes to orders once they are in process. Please refer to our Return Policy to return those items.

  • Need your order shipped sooner? By upgrading to Priority Mail for $7.95 your order will go straight to the front of the line and processed before all other orders placed with the free shipping option.

Once your order is packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. 

Please be sure to ship to a secure location. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

NOTE: Shipping times may be slower during the holiday season. 


From time to time, we may open up a PRE-ORDER for popular items. If your order contains a pre-order item, plus additional in-stock items, the order will ship in it's entirety when the pre-order becomes available. WE SUGGEST placing a separate order for any in-stock items. (Pre-Order items are clearly marked on the website). 

Tracking Your Order

If there is a problem with your order, or an item is out of stock, you will be notified by text, or email. Please be sure to include correct contact information on your order. 

Cancelling Your Order

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. Please refer to the Return Policy for further information. Refused packages will be charged orginal shipping fees. 


International Shipping

Orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment. USPS International Standard Shipping:

$0 - $50: $25 shipping

$50.01 - $75: $35 shipping

$75.01 & over $45 shipping

This shipping method does not have online tracking information. Please note that Simply Me Boutique assumes no responsibility for late or missing packages shipped out of country. International customers purchase at their own risk. Orders placed with this shipping method will not be refunded if the package is lost or stolen.

Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees

All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that all international orders are subject to VAT and additional customs fees upon delivery. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery. International delivery times may also vary depending on the customs office of the arrival country.
