PREORDERS:  We offer preorder access on popular items so you never have to worry about missing your size or waiting for a restock. If your size isn’t here now, it usually arrives within a few days and ships out within ten days (unless specifically written in the product title). If your order contains a preorder item plus in-stock items, the order will ship in it's entirety when the preorder becomes available. When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking. If you do not see our email please check your spam folder and mark us as a safe sender. 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders $150+, and we ship from Naples, FL.

SHIPPING FAQ

1. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified. (IF in the event we are able to cancel an order prior to processing there will be a 10% cancellation fee. This covers costs that are nonrefundable to us).

2. Carrier delivery time frames are estimated and unfortunately we cannot guarantee.

3. We ship orders weekdays 9-4pm EST (excluding US holidays). 

4. Orders can take 2-3 days to process before shipping.

5. Once your order is packed for shipment, you will receive an email or text notification with your tracking number. 

Shipping costs are a significant part of your purchase, paid directly to our carriers (USPS, and UPS) to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your order. Because we all invest in this service, we must hold these carriers accountable for the successful delivery of your package.
As a small business we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items once they leave our warehouse and the carrier confirms acceptance of the package, however we will do everything in our power to help you navigate a claim with the carrier if a delivery issue occurs.

Orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment.

USPS International Standard Shipping:

$0 - $50: $30 shipping

$50.01 - $75: $40 shipping

$75.01 & over $50 shipping

This shipping method does not have online tracking information. Please note that Simply Me Boutique assumes no responsibility for late or missing packages shipped out of country. International customers purchase at their own risk. Orders placed with this shipping method will not be refunded if the package is lost or stolen.

Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees

All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that all international orders are subject to VAT and additional customs fees upon delivery. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery. International delivery times may also vary depending on the customs office of the arrival country.
