All orders require processing time. We ship Monday through Friday 9-3pm EST. Please feel free to text us when placing orders with this shipping option with questions. 239-203-3801. You will receive tracking information by text message when order has shipped. This applies to the Continental United States only. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
FAQS:
1. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified. (If in the event we are able to cancel an order prior to processing there will be a 10% cancellation fee. This covers costs that are nonrefundable to us even once the order is cancelled).
2. Carrier delivery time frames are estimated. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee.
3. Shipping department is open weekdays 9-4pm est (excluding US holidays).
4. Orders can take 2-3 days to process before shipping.
5. Once your order is packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation. Simply Me cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Shiptection is available on every order and will replace or refund in the event your package is missing. If you have Shiptection and are missing your order please text us (239) 203-3801 ASAP. PREORDERS:
From time to time, we offer a preorders for popular items. If your order contains a preorder item, plus additional in-stock items, the order will ship in it's entirety when the preorder becomes available. We suggest placing a separate order for any in-stock items to ship right away.
INTERNATIONAL:
Orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment.
USPS International Standard Shipping:
$0 - $50: $30 shipping
$50.01 - $75: $40 shipping
$75.01 & over $50 shipping
This shipping method does not have online tracking information. Please note that Simply Me Boutique assumes no responsibility for late or missing packages shipped out of country. International customers purchase at their own risk. Orders placed with this shipping method will not be refunded if the package is lost or stolen.
Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that all international orders are subject to VAT and additional customs fees upon delivery. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery. International delivery times may also vary depending on the customs office of the arrival country.
