Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees

All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that all international orders are subject to VAT and additional customs fees upon delivery. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery. International delivery times may also vary depending on the customs office of the arrival country.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of your delivery date for store credit. 

Store credit does not expire.

How do I start a return?

Returns can take up to 24 hours for approval. You will receive a text message when your return is approved. Visit our return portal to request a return.

OPTION 1: You can choose to print a return label from us and skip the trip to the post office for $8.95. Upon approval we will email you a return label and packing slip. Packing slip goes inside the package. Drop off at any authorized United States Postal Service location. The $8.95 return label fee will be deducted from your store credit. 

OPTION 2: Use your own shipping label. Return still needs to be approved.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable. 

What is the cost of our return label?

We offer a return label for $8.95. This fee is deducted from your total store credit. We believe in honest, transparent pricing. Instead of charging every customer an extra $2-$3 at checkout on every order for return coverage, we only charge for return shipping when a return actually occurs. The $8.95 flat fee covers your return label and is conveniently deducted from your store credit which never expires!

Can I do an exchange?

We do not offer exchanges. Please create a new return. Your return will be processed for store credit and you can use that to purchase a new size. 

When will I receive my store credit?

Once your return is delivered to our Naples, Florida warehouse, our team typically processes it within 3 business days. You will receive an automated email with your store credit code as soon as it’s ready.

I forgot to use my promo code!

We are unable to apply promo codes after an order has been placed. If the code is still active you are welcome to use it on your next purchase.

CANCELLING AN ORDER: 

• Orders go into processing immediately therefore we typically cannot cancel an order. If in the event we are able to catch the order before processing there will be a 10% cancellation fee. This covers costs that are nonrefundable to us. If you need to change an address, or a size, or item, please text us ASAP and we will do our best to help with that change.  

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

INELIGIBLE RETURNS:

• Returns that appear worn, have makeup or deodorant stains, pet hair, or perfumes will be refused, or charged a 40% restocking fee.  All tags must be attached. No exception. You will be invoiced for the cost to ship the item back to you. If not paid within 7 days, items will be donated to charity.   

EXCESSIVE RETURNS: 

• Occasionally we have someone who abuses our return policy. Those customers will be notified that any future returns are subject to refusal, or a restocking fee. 

RETURNS WITH SEZZLE: 

• You will receive a store credit for your return immediately and you must continue to make your scheduled Sezzle payments. Please send eligible returns to the address above. 

SHIPPING FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

Is my item a preorder? You can easily check if an item is a preorder by looking at the checkout button on the product page:

• Preorder Items: Display a PREORDER button with an estimated ship date written in blue right below it.
• In-Stock Items: Display a standard ADD TO BAG button.

99% of items on our website are in stock and ready to ship. We only offer preorder access on extremely popular styles that constantly sell out. This way you never have to worry about waiting for a restock.  If your size is not here today, it will be here and will ship to you within 10 days. All items ship from our warehouse in Florida. We do not drop ship items. 

If your order includes a preorder item along with in-stock items, all items will ship together when the preorder becomes available.

If you’d like your in-stock items to ship sooner, we recommend placing them in a separate order.
