- Store credit does not expire. We offer free domestic shipping on orders $79+ but Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
- Please report defective items by text within 3 days of delivery. (239) 203-3801.
INELIGIBLE RETURNS:
- Returns that appear worn, have makeup or deodorant stains, pet hair, or perfumes will be refused, or charged a 40% restocking fee. All tags must be attached. No exception. You will be invoiced for the cost to ship the item back to you. If not paid within 7 days, items will be donated to charity. Â
SUNGLASSES:Â
- Must be returned in a separate box to protect item.
EXCESSIVE RETURNS:Â
- Occasionally we have someone who abuses our return policy. Those customers will be notified that any future returns are subject to refusal, or a 30% restocking fee.Â
RETURNS WITH SEZZLE:Â
- You will receive a store credit for your return immediately and you must continue to make your scheduled Sezzle payments. Please send eligible returns to the address above.Â
EXCHANGES:Â
- We no longer have the ability to do exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for new items and sending back the return to be processed for a store credit.Â
CANCELLING AN ORDER:Â
- Orders go into processing immediately once placed therefore we typically cannot cancel an order. If in the event we are able to catch the order before processing there will be a 10% cancellation fee. This covers costs that are unfortunately nonrefundable to us, even with cancelled orders. If you need to change an address, or a size, please text us asap and we will do our best to help with that change. Â
SHIPPING FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
