• Returns must be received within 10 days of delivery.
• Unworn/unaltered merchandise may be returned for a STORE CREDIT. Items that do not match the criteria above, or contain makeup, deodorant, perfumes, are subject to denial, or a 20-40% restocking fee. Tags must be attached.
• Items in the sale collection are marked down for FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Orders with a 30% discount or higher, are also considered FINAL SALE.
• Accessories, Bralettes, Bras, Belts, Scarves, Jewelry, and Leggings are FINAL SALE.
INELIGIBLE RETURNS will be invoiced for return shipping cost. If not paid within 7 days, items/order will be donated to charity.
Shoes must be shipped in a separate box or mailer. Please do not attach labels directly to product box. Any returns received with labels affixed directly to the box will be shipped back at customer's expense.
REFUSED/RETURNED PACKAGES will be responsible for original shipping costs. The original shipping cost will be deducted from store credit.

Returns can take up to 5-10 business days to process. Once processed, you will receive an electronic gift card to use on your next purchase. (Please check your spam folder if you are not seeing an email from us within that time frame).
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance when sending items back to Simply Me Boutique. We are not responsible for lost packages. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you need to make a return and used Sezzle as your payment method:
Please send all eligible returns back to the address above. When received, we will process the return for a full store credit as usual. Sezzle will continue to deduct the scheduled payments from your account.
We no longer have the ability to do exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for any items you want and sending back any return items to be processed for a boutique credit.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
We are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed. Please refer to the instructions above to return your item. ***If you pay by Sezzle, your order can not be cancelled.
