How do I start a return?

Visit our return portal to request a return.

OPTION 1: You can choose to print a return label from us and skip the trip to the post office for $8.95. Upon approval we will email you a return label and packing slip. Packing slip goes inside the package. Drop off at any authorized United States Postal Service location. The $8.95 return label fee will be deducted from your store credit. 

OPTION 2: Use your own shipping label. Return still needs to be approved.

What is the cost of our return label?

We offer a return label for $8.95. This fee is deducted from your total store credit.

Can I do an exchange?

We do not offer exchanges. Please create a new return. Your return will be processed for store credit and you can use that to purchase a new size. Store credit does not expire. 

When will I receive my store credit?

Once your return is delivered to our Naples, Florida warehouse, our team typically processes it within 3 business days. You will receive an automated email with your store credit code as soon as it’s ready.

I forgot to use my promo code!

We are unable to apply promo codes after an order has been placed. If the code is still active you are welcome to use it on your next purchase. 

How do I get Free Shipping?

CANCELLING AN ORDER: 

  • Orders go into processing immediately therefore we typically cannot cancel an order. If in the event we are able to catch the order before processing there will be a 10% cancellation fee. This covers costs that are nonrefundable to us. If you need to change an address, or a size, or item, please text us ASAP and we will do our best to help with that change.  

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

  • Please report defective items by text message only within 3 days of delivery. (239) 203-3801.

INELIGIBLE RETURNS:

  • Returns that appear worn, have makeup or deodorant stains, pet hair, or perfumes will be refused, or charged a 40% restocking fee.  All tags must be attached. No exception. You will be invoiced for the cost to ship the item back to you. If not paid within 7 days, items will be donated to charity.   

EXCESSIVE RETURNS: 

  • Occasionally we have someone who abuses our return policy. Those customers will be notified that any future returns are subject to refusal, or a restocking fee. 

RETURNS WITH SEZZLE: 

  • You will receive a store credit for your return immediately and you must continue to make your scheduled Sezzle payments. Please send eligible returns to the address above.
