RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

  • Store credit does not expire. We offer free standard shipping on orders $100+ but customers are responsible for return shipping. All tags must be attached.

THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE:

  • Any items purchased with a discount of 30% or higher.  
  • Items ending in .99.
  • Accessories/Jewelry/Sunglasses/Leggings/Bras/Adhesive items/Hats/Swimwear.
  • If you are unsure if your return is eligible please text us (239) 203-3801.
  • If your item is not eligible for return please feel free list it for sale in our Buy/Sell/Trade Group on Facebook.  

EXCHANGES: 

  • We do not offer exchanges. Please submit your return for approval. All returns will be processed for store credit. You can then use that store credit to purchase a new item or size.  

CANCELLING AN ORDER: 

  • Orders go into processing immediately therefore we typically cannot cancel an order. If in the event we are able to catch the order before processing there will be a 10% cancellation fee. This covers costs that are nonrefundable to us.. If you need to change an address, or a size, or item, please text us ASAP and we will do our best to help with that change.  

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

  • Please report defective items by text message only within 3 days of delivery. (239) 203-3801.

INELIGIBLE RETURNS:

  • Returns that appear worn, have makeup or deodorant stains, pet hair, or perfumes will be refused, or charged a 40% restocking fee.  All tags must be attached. No exception. You will be invoiced for the cost to ship the item back to you. If not paid within 7 days, items will be donated to charity.   

EXCESSIVE RETURNS: 

  • Occasionally we have someone who abuses our return policy. Those customers will be notified that any future returns are subject to refusal, or a restocking fee. 

RETURNS WITH SEZZLE: 

  • You will receive a store credit for your return immediately and you must continue to make your scheduled Sezzle payments. Please send eligible returns to the address above. 

    SHIPPING FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
