 RETURN POLICY

• Returns accepted within 10 days of time of delivery.

• Unworn/unaltered merchandise may be returned for a STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items that do not match the criteria above, or contain makeup, deodorant, perfumes, are subject to denial, or a 20-40% restocking fee.

• Items marked down for final sale, are FINAL SALE. Orders with a discount of 30%, or higher, is also FINAL SALE.

• Accessories, Belts, Scarves, Bralettes, Jewelry, and Leggings are FINAL SALE.

INELIGIBLE RETURNS will be invoiced for return shipping cost. If not paid within 7 days, items/order will be donated to charity. 

REFUSED/RETURNED PACKAGES will be responsible for original shipping costs! If ineligible for return, you will be invoices for return shipping cost. If not paid within 7 days, items/order will be donated to charity.

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance when sending items back to Simply Me Boutique. We are not responsible for lost packages. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We no longer have the ability to do exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for any items you want and sending back any return items to be processed for a boutique credit.
