We offer preorder access on popular items so you never have to worry about missing your size or waiting for a restock. If your size isn’t here now, it arrives within a few days and ships out within ten days (unless specifically written otherwise in the product title). If your order contains a preorder item plus in-stock items, the order will ship in it's entirety when the preorder becomes available. When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking. SHIPPING FAQ

1. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified. (IF in the event we are able to cancel an order prior to processing there will be a 10% cancellation fee. This covers costs that are nonrefundable to us).

2. Carrier delivery time frames are estimated and unfortunately we cannot guarantee.

3. We ship orders weekdays 9-4pm EST (excluding US holidays).

4. Orders can take 2-3 days to process before shipping.

5. Once your order is packed for shipment, you will receive an email or text notification with your tracking number.

Shipping costs are a significant part of your purchase, paid directly to our carriers (USPS, and UPS) to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your order. Because we all invest in this service, we must hold these carriers accountable for the successful delivery of your package.

As a small business we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items once they leave our warehouse and the carrier confirms acceptance of the package, however we will do everything in our power to help you navigate a claim with the carrier if a delivery issue occurs.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of your delivery date for store credit.

Store credit does not expire.

How do I start a return?

Returns can take up to 24 hours for approval. You will receive a text message when your return is approved. Visit our return portal to request a return.

OPTION 1: You can choose to print a return label from us and skip the trip to the post office for $8.95. Upon approval we will email you a return label and packing slip. Packing slip goes inside the package. Drop off at any authorized United States Postal Service location. The $8.95 return label fee will be deducted from your store credit.

OPTION 2: Use your own shipping label. Return still needs to be approved.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

What is the cost of our return label?

We offer a return label for $8.95. This fee is deducted from your total store credit. We believe in honest, transparent pricing. Instead of charging every customer an extra $2-$3 at checkout on every order for return coverage, we only charge for return shipping when a return actually occurs. The $8.95 flat fee covers your return label and is conveniently deducted from your store credit which never expires!

Can I do an exchange?

We do not offer exchanges. Please create a new return. Your return will be processed for store credit and you can use that to purchase a new size.

When will I receive my store credit?

Once your return is delivered to our Naples, Florida warehouse, our team typically processes it within 3 business days. You will receive an automated email with your store credit code as soon as it’s ready.

I forgot to use my promo code!

We are unable to apply promo codes after an order has been placed. If the code is still active you are welcome to use it on your next purchase.

CANCELLING AN ORDER:

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Please report defective items by text message only within 3 days of delivery. (239) 203-3801.

INELIGIBLE RETURNS:

Returns that appear worn, have makeup or deodorant stains, pet hair, or perfumes will be refused, or charged a 40% restocking fee. All tags must be attached. No exception. You will be invoiced for the cost to ship the item back to you. If not paid within 7 days, items will be donated to charity.

EXCESSIVE RETURNS:

Occasionally we have someone who abuses our return policy. Those customers will be notified that any future returns are subject to refusal, or a restocking fee.

RETURNS WITH SEZZLE:

You will receive a store credit for your return immediately and you must continue to make your scheduled Sezzle payments. Please send eligible returns to the address above.

SHIPPING FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
