PREORDERS: We offer preorder access on popular items so you never have to worry about missing your size or waiting for a restock. We offer free standard shipping on all orders $150+, and we ship from Naples, FL.
1. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified. (IF in the event we are able to cancel an order prior to processing there will be a 10% cancellation fee. This covers costs that are nonrefundable to us).
2. Carrier delivery time frames are estimated and unfortunately we cannot guarantee.
3. We ship orders weekdays 9-4pm EST (excluding US holidays).
4. Orders can take 2-3 days to process before shipping.
5. Once your order is packed for shipment, you will receive an email or text notification with your tracking number.
