Preorders: From time to time, we may open up a PRE-ORDER for popular items. If your order contains a pre-order item, plus additional in-stock items, the order will ship in it's entirety when the pre-order becomes available. WE SUGGEST placing a separate order for any in-stock items. (Pre-Order items are clearly marked on the website).
Orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment. USPS International Standard Shipping:

This shipping method does not have online tracking information. Please note that Simply Me Boutique assumes no responsibility for late or missing packages shipped out of country. International customers purchase at their own risk. Orders placed with this shipping method will not be refunded if the package is lost or stolen.
Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that all international orders are subject to VAT and additional customs fees upon delivery. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery. International delivery times may also vary depending on the customs office of the arrival country.
- UPDATE: Until further notice there will be a 10 day waiting period for the processing on all returns. (Returns still must be delivered to us within 10 days of your delivery date).

Returns must be received by us within 10 days of delivery.
- Returns can take up to 5-10 business days to process.
Does the item end in .99? If so, that item is FINAL SALE.
Did you use a 25% or higher coupon? If so, your items are FINAL SALE.
- Returns that appear worn, have traces of makeup, deodorant, or perfumes will be refused, or charged a 40% restocking fee. All tags must be attached. No exception.
- We do not provide return labels. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Once processed, you will receive an e-card to use on your next purchase. Store credits do not expire.

- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance when sending items back. We are not responsible for lost packages. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Is my return eligible? Text 239-203-3801 (include name/order #).
- SHOES must be shipped in a separate box. Any returns received with labels affixed directly to the box will be shipped back at customer's expense.
- SUNGLASSES must be returned in a box (not a plastic mailer bag) with all original packaging with no makeup, or signs of wear.
- EXCESSIVE RETURNS are subject to refusal, or a 30% restocking fee. You will be notified by text, or email if we feel you have abused our Return Policy.
- RETURNS WITH SEZZLE: Please send eligible returns back to the address above. When received we will process the return for a store credit. Sezzle will continue to deduct the scheduled payments from your account.
- EXCHANGES: We no longer have the ability to do exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for any items you want and sending back any return items to be processed for a store credit.
