I originally ordered my usual size 7, but they must run really small. I had to go a full size up. But still, LOVE THIS SHOE! So comfortable.
Even better yet, my experience with this boutique and exchanging sizes was by far the best customer service I have had in years. They were prompt, kind, courteous, HELPFUL, and patient.

I love mine. I ordered a 8 which is my true size. It was to small so I ordered a size 8 1/2 which was perfect. Very comfy

I normally wear an 8.5, on the website it said to size up for wider feet so I ordered a 9. I received a 9 and they were too small. So I asked for a return label and placed an order for a 9.5. Paid 14 dollars to return the sandals plus paid shipping for another pair that I still have not received and didn’t read that returns are in store credit only. Which I also still have not received. The sandals are nice but it’s been a process just ordering them. Hopefully the next pair fit.
